Character: Martha
Lauren was born and raised in Malton, North Yorkshire. As a young girl she attended Kirkham Henry Performing Arts Centre. Lauren was then offered a scholarship to attend Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts where she graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) degree and won the Gyearbuor Asante Award for Acting.
Theatre includes: Carousel (West End), for which she was nominated for a TMA award; Victoria Wood Christmas Special (BBC); Dreamboats and Petticoats (UK Tour).
Lauren is thrilled to be bringing her Yorkshire roots to the part of Martha and would like to thank her Mum, Dad, Mark and all her friends and family for always being there! Lauren would like to dedicate this performance to her Godfather – Choggi.
