Sophie trained both with the National Youth Theatre and Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.

Workshops include: The Wizard of Oz, Roman Holiday and Flashdance.
TV includes: Holby City (BBC); The Inspector Lynley Mysteries (BBC).
