Character: Colin Craven
Toby was born in Yorkshire and moved to Scotland five years ago when he became a pupil at The Mary Erskine and Stewart’s Melville Junior School in Edinburgh. His main interests are rugby, cricket, judo (he is a member of the Edinburgh Judo Club Squad) and the performing arts. He also enjoys singing in his school choir and playing the piano.
Theatre includes: Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (Edinburgh Playhouse, 2007); Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat; The Jungle Book (school production).
Toby is delighted to have been chosen for the part of Colin and is committed to working as hard as he can to bring the enchanting story of The Secret Garden to life, a story which he sees having “a sad beginning but a happy ending”. He is looking forward to working with the rest of the cast and to having a lot of fun!
